Bill I - The Kissed Girl Philosophy (Beauty is not applied. It returns to the skin like memory):

• It refers to the beauty philosophy that makeup should melt into the skin, reflect natural sensual radiance, and enhance the face's inherent poetry rather than conceal it.

• Hearing will be held on 07/11/2025 on Bacialato.com in Room: Chamber. Please note, the hearing will last approximately 3 days and a verdict will be issued shortly after.

Bill II - The Melted Baciata Technique (Color must breathe. The cheek must speak):

• It refers to the blush ritual where color, light, and skin warmth become one.

Bill III - The Soft Ritual Principle (Makeup is a ceremony, not preparation):

• Makeup is no longer "getting ready" - it's an emotional ritual that resets your nervous system.

Bill IV - The Skin-Like Finish Doctrine

• Foundation should melt, not mask. Coverage is allowed - but it must appear like skin first, product second.

Bill V - The Seductive Minimal Eye

• You don't need complexity on the eyes to be seductive. One shade + intention is enough.

Bill VI - The Warm Body Philosophy

• The body must be treated with the same affection as the face.
